Bring these four things to your review

Your current plan’s 2027 notice: review its Annual Notice of Change and any other renewal or non-renewal information.
Your doctors and hospitals: include specialists and providers you want to keep using.
Your prescription list and pharmacy: keep the drug names, doses and preferred pharmacy ready for your personal discussion.
Your priorities: monthly costs, expected care, travel and questions about coverage.

Keep sensitive information for the appropriate secure process. Do not put your Medicare number, Social Security number, medical records or prescription details in this callback form or ordinary email.

What happens after you connect?

Arrange a personal discussion. Complete any required Scope of Appointment before a Medicare marketing appointment. Permission to contact is a separate step.

When is Medicare Annual Enrollment for 2027 coverage?

The Annual Enrollment Period runs October 15 through December 7, 2026. Eligible plan changes made during this period generally take effect January 1, 2027.

Do I have to change my Medicare plan?

No. Review your current plan’s 2027 notices, coverage and costs before deciding. A review may lead you to keep your current coverage.

Can I speak with Anil in Hindi?
