Medicare Help in Ocean County, NJ

OCEAN COUNTY, NEW JERSEY • PERSONAL MEDICARE HELP

Read your Medicare plan’s changes before deciding what comes next.

Already enrolled in an Ocean County Medicare Advantage or drug plan? Start a yearly review with your Annual Notice of Change, then check the care and prescriptions you expect to use.

Talk with Anil Khanchandani, CLTC®, an independent licensed life and health insurance producer. English, Hindi and Sindhi. No consultation or service fee; Anil receives commissions from insurance carriers. No obligation to enroll.

A conversation or callback is a nonbinding inquiry—not an enrollment or confirmation of coverage.

Turn the change notice into a useful checklist

Your Medicare plan sends an Annual Notice of Change each fall describing upcoming January changes in coverage, costs and other terms. Mark the items that affect you, including premiums, deductibles, cost sharing and drug coverage. Check current provider and pharmacy participation directly with the exact plan and providers. A familiar carrier name does not mean the coverage remains the same.

A question you may recognize

An Ocean County resident receives a change notice but sees no increase in the plan premium. Before assuming nothing changed, they check their ongoing prescriptions, specialist visits and pharmacy costs for the coming year. They may decide to keep their plan after reviewing the details. This is a planning example, not a savings promise or client testimonial.

Three questions to bring

  1. What does my Annual Notice of Change say will be different in January?
  2. Will my doctors, prescriptions and pharmacy still work with this exact plan?
  3. Do the expected costs and plan rules still fit my needs, or should I compare other represented options?

What Anil can help you review in Ocean County

Your providers and prescriptions

Use your permanent residence, county and ZIP code to identify available options. Check the exact plan’s provider directory, covered-drug list, pharmacy network and coverage conditions for the year you are considering.

Your costs and timing

Compare premiums and likely out-of-pocket costs. Review your current coverage and enrollment rights before applying. Keeping your current coverage may be appropriate.

Anil compares the insurance options he represents; he does not offer every plan. State-level carrier appointments do not establish that every product is offered in Ocean County. Ask for the exact represented organizations and products for your ZIP code, county and coverage year.

Start with your question

Reviewing coverage during fall Open Enrollment? See the NJ 2027 Annual Enrollment guide. Medicare’s fall Open Enrollment runs October 15–December 7; changes generally take effect January 1. This does not create an annual guaranteed right to buy Medigap.

Questions people ask

If my Medicare plan premium stays the same, do I still need to review it?

The premium is only one part of coverage. Read the Annual Notice of Change and check the services, medicines, providers, pharmacies and cost sharing relevant to you. A review does not require changing plans.

Can I include a family member or speak Hindi or Sindhi?

Yes. Anil communicates in English, Hindi and Sindhi. Let him know your preference and whether a family member will join. Any authority needed to act for another person must be established separately.

Does requesting a review commit me to changing plans?

No. You can ask questions without an obligation to enroll. Do not cancel current coverage until the new coverage and effective date are confirmed. A callback request does not bind or change coverage.

Choose how to connect with Anil

You do not need to complete a form to call. For a personal callback, use the existing Medicare permission form. For a meeting, select Book and wait for confirmation.

Email Anil for general questions. Keep Medicare numbers, Social Security numbers, tax returns, medical records and detailed prescription information out of ordinary email and the callback form.
