Medicare Help in Burlington County, NJ

BURLINGTON COUNTY, NEW JERSEY • PERSONAL MEDICARE HELP

Protect the benefits you already have before adding a Medicare plan.

Have employer, union or retiree benefits in Burlington County? Before enrolling in a separate Medicare plan, find out how a change could affect you, your spouse and any dependents.

Talk with Anil Khanchandani, CLTC®, an independent licensed life and health insurance producer. English, Hindi and Sindhi. No consultation or service fee; Anil receives commissions from insurance carriers. No obligation to enroll.

A conversation or callback is a nonbinding inquiry—not an enrollment or confirmation of coverage.

Ask the benefits administrator before you make a change

Get a written explanation of how your existing benefits coordinate with Medicare and whether joining a plan outside the employer or union arrangement could end benefits for you or family members. Ask whether lost benefits can be restored. Retiree coverage is different from coverage based on current employment, and having creditable prescription coverage does not by itself establish that you can delay Part B.

A question you may recognize

A Burlington County retiree sees a Medicare plan advertisement and wants to apply. First, they ask their former employer whether joining it would affect existing health or drug benefits for the household. They keep the written response and compare the full coverage arrangement before deciding. This is a planning example, not a recommendation to leave employer or retiree coverage.

Three questions to bring

  1. Could joining a separate Medicare plan end benefits for me, my spouse or dependents?
  2. Can any benefits lost through a change be restored, and where is that answer documented?
  3. What Part A, Part B and drug coverage requirements apply to my current arrangement?

What Anil can help you review in Burlington County

Your providers and prescriptions

Use your permanent residence, county and ZIP code to identify available options. Check the exact plan’s provider directory, covered-drug list, pharmacy network and coverage conditions for the year you are considering.

Your costs and timing

Compare premiums and likely out-of-pocket costs. Review your current coverage and enrollment rights before applying. Keeping your current coverage may be appropriate.

Anil compares the insurance options he represents; he does not offer every plan. State-level carrier appointments do not establish that every product is offered in Burlington County. Ask for the exact represented organizations and products for your ZIP code, county and coverage year.

Start with your question

Reviewing coverage during fall Open Enrollment? See the NJ 2027 Annual Enrollment guide. Medicare’s fall Open Enrollment runs October 15–December 7; changes generally take effect January 1. This does not create an annual guaranteed right to buy Medigap.

Questions people ask

Does retiree drug coverage mean I can safely delay Medicare Part B?

No. Part B enrollment rules and Part D creditable-coverage rules are separate. Retiree coverage may require Part A and Part B. Confirm your situation with the benefits administrator and Social Security before delaying or changing coverage.

Can I include a family member or speak Hindi or Sindhi?

Yes. Anil communicates in English, Hindi and Sindhi. Let him know your preference and whether a family member will join. Any authority needed to act for another person must be established separately.

Does requesting a review commit me to changing plans?

No. You can ask questions without an obligation to enroll. Do not cancel current coverage until the new coverage and effective date are confirmed. A callback request does not bind or change coverage.

Choose how to connect with Anil

You do not need to complete a form to call. For a personal callback, use the existing Medicare permission form. For a meeting, select Book and wait for confirmation.

Email Anil for general questions. Keep Medicare numbers, Social Security numbers, tax returns, medical records and detailed prescription information out of ordinary email and the callback form.
